What this page covers
This page reports coarse service states for the BRON platform as a whole. It carries no information about any individual firm, matter or user.
Unknown is a real answer. It means the platform could not establish the state of that component. It is shown rather than hidden, because a page that reports only what it is confident about is a page that reports green during an outage.
Operational is not a delivery receipt. For outbound email in particular, it means this deployment is set up to send and is not being refused. Whether one message reached one inbox is answered inside the product, on the matter it belongs to, not here.
If something is wrong for your firm and this page shows nothing, the help centre covers the problems that turn out to be configuration rather than an outage. If neither helps, report the problem.
